Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to oversee our Project Management Office, ensuring effective project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement PMO strategies, processes, and best practices
2. Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
3. Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams
4. Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement
5. Develop and maintain project management tools and templates
6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
7. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
2. 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
3. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
